For smaller, ceremony-only bookings (like a simple ceremony option), the fee and guest number capacity will be clearly defined by the venue. For example, a celebrant partner of the venue notes a fee is required to reserve a location and that an increase in guest numbers beyond a standard limit will incur an additional fee (e.g., $75 for 100+ people in some packages). You can have up to 20 people (the 2 of you and 18 guests) at your ceremony. This excludes children under 6 years old. For an additional fee of $75, this number can be increased to 100+ people in total. To add guests after your initial booking, go to the Add-ons tab in your portal.
I understand that, it is my responsibility to make the required booking with the park authority and pay any associated site fees directly to them.

Oatlands House is located at 42 Bettington Rd, Oatlands NSW 2117. It is easily accessible via the M4 Western Motorway and James Ruse Drive. Use a GPS or a maps app for the most direct route. It is a simple drive from the Sydney CBD or Western Sydney areas. There is ample on-site parking available for guests within the estate grounds, making it a stress-free option for those driving.
The closest major train station is Parramatta Station, which is a major transport hub. From Parramatta Station, you can then take a bus or a short taxi/ride-share trip to Oatlands House. Check the latest NSW Transport information for bus routes (such as route 545 or 546) that service Bettington Road or nearby areas.
For larger wedding parties and to ensure a smooth transport experience for all your guests, consider hiring a dedicated shuttle bus or coach service. The ample parking and easy road access make this a convenient way to transport guests directly from a central pick-up point (like a hotel or Parramatta Station) to the wedding venue.
Now it doesn't happen often, but when it does you will need to shelter under trees or bring umbrellas - how romantic. Fortunately, when you book a prestigious venue like Oatlands House, they have internal wet weather back-up plans to keep you and your guests dry.

a) Reserve Location and Pay Associated Fees
I understand that it is our responsibility to ensure this location is available for our ceremony, and I will make all necessary arrangements and pay any associated fees directly to the venue or relevant authority.
b) Standard Duration of Booking is 30 Minutes
I understand that the total time for the standard booking is 30 minutes and that this time cannot be extended on the day of the ceremony. However, if you would like to extend the duration of your booking, this can be done, prior to the date of the ceremony, for an additional fee of $150. (Click on Add Ons after making your booking.)
c) Confetti and Natural Materials
I understand that to maintain the cleanliness and integrity of the area, confetti of any sort, including natural materials such as flower petals, rice, glitter, or artificial equivalents, are strictly prohibited—unless prior written consent is received from the venue.
d) Public Liability Insurance
I understand that if Public Liability documentation (cover note) is required, there will be an additional fee of $50.
e) Guest Numbers
I understand that the standard number of guests is 18 guests plus the 2 of you. This can be increased to 100+ people for an additional fee of $75. (Click on Add Ons after making your booking.)
