Booking Requirements & Fees:

Generally, casual gatherings under 40 people that do not reserve a pavilion or commercial setup do not require formal permission. However, to guarantee your space, shelter, and peace of mind, hiring a pavilion is highly recommended. Exact hire rates are dynamically calculated and displayed at the time of your online booking via the NPWS portal. Please note that if you bring in commercial operators (such as external decorators or equipment hire) or host large-scale events, additional application fees, site fees, or compliance approvals may be required by the park authority.

Standard: 20 People. Add Guests: Add up to 40 in total +$75. If you would like to increase numbers above this please contact the venue direct.

You can have up to 20 people (the 2 of you and 18 guests) at your ceremony. This excludes children under 6 years old. For an additional fee of $75, this number can be increased to 40people in total. If you would like to increase numbers above this please contact the venue direct. To add guests after your initial booking, go to the Add-ons tab in your portal.

I understand that, it is my responsibility to make the required booking with the park authority and pay any associated site fees directly to them.

Wet Weather

Now it doesn't happen often, but when it does you will need to shelter under trees or bring umbrellas - how romantic. There is some shelter on-site. You may want to book this as a backup.
