The enormous, original stained-glass feature window at the end of the aisle frames the Pacific Ocean perfectly. The natural light and stunning vista create a 'wow' moment for you and your guests as you stand before one of Sydney's most impressive coastal backdrops.
All legal aspects will be taken care of for you - without stress. And then for the main event, an AMAZING 5 Star rated celebrant will create that moment - for the two of you and your guests. Fun, exciting, moving.
We will even take care of the decoration - so absolutely nothing you need to worry about. As a standard we will provide you with two brilliant white plinths overflowing with beautiful silk flower, a generous vase of silk flowers brightening the sign table. And, of course, simple silk flower bouquets to highlight the pew ends. Classic.
The area surrounding the chapel offers beautiful grounds and the rugged, picturesque Little Bay coastline for incredible wedding photos. From the classic interior shots to romantic coastal snaps, your wedding album will be filled with diverse and stunning images.
The chapel comfortably seats around 80 people in the pews, with the potential for additional seating up to 80 guests. This makes it an ideal venue for both intimate and moderately-sized wedding ceremonies, ensuring a personal and warm celebration.
We take care of everything for you, including:

- Decoration, including: 2 plinths and silk flowers for the alter plus silk flowers for the signing table and silk floral arrangements for pew ends.

You can have up to 20 people (the 2 of you and 18 guests) at your ceremony. This excludes children under 6 years old. For an additional fee of $75, this number can be increased to 80 people in total. To add guests after your initial booking, go to the Add-ons tab in your portal.
I understand that, it is my responsibility to make the required booking with the park authority and pay any associated site fees directly to them.

Please aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to your ceremony (along with your guests) to ensure you are in the right location and ready to go at your scheduled time. The Coast Chapel is located at 50 Pine Ave, Little Bay, NSW 2036.
The most convenient way for you and your guests to get to Little Bay is by private car or rideshare. There is plenty of free street parking available in the surrounding residential streets (Pine Avenue and nearby roads). However, as Little Bay is a popular beach area, you should allow extra time to find a parking spot, especially on warm days or weekends.
Booking a taxi or using a rideshare service (like Uber/DiDi) is a stress-free option, particularly for the bridal party. Simply input the address, 50 Pine Ave, Little Bay, NSW 2036, into the app. This is highly recommended to avoid any parking delays.
The Coast Chapel is accessible by public bus from the Sydney CBD. You can catch a bus (e.g., the 399 service) from the city (via Central Station) towards Little Bay. Alight at the bus stop near the Prince Henry Hospital Museum and enjoy a short walk to the chapel. Use a trip planner like Transport for NSW to confirm routes and times closer to your day.
Now it doesn't happen often, but when it does you will need to shelter under trees or bring umbrellas - how romantic. Fortunately, when you book The Coast Chapel, your ceremony is already an **indoor** event!
If you were planning to take photos on the lawns outside or along the coast, you may need to rely on the stunning interior of the chapel for some beautiful shots, or bring clear umbrellas for a charmingly romantic "rainy day" photo session by the ocean-view windows or on the grounds.
a) Reserve of the Chapel and Pay Associated Fees
I understand that Simple Ceremonies will take care of the Chapel reservation and associated fees - this is included in the total fee charged and once paid is non-refundable.
b) Standard Duration of Booking - access to the Chapel 60 minutes, booking with celebrant is 30 Minutes
b) i). I understand that the total time for the standard Chapel venue booking is 60 minutes. This 60 minutes starts at the beginning of the booking time ie their is no access is to The Chapel prior to this time or after this time, unless prior arrangements made and additional time is pre-paid. Minimum additional fee is $750 - per hour or PART THERE of.
b) ii). I understand that the total time for the standard Celebrant booking is 30 minutes. This will start 15 minutes after the the beginning of the booking time and conclude 30 minutes after that. This time can not be changed, unless prior arrangements made and additional time is pre-paid. Minimum additional fee is $150 - per 30 minutes (Click on Add Ons after making your booking to add additional time.)
c) Confetti and Natural Materials
I understand that to maintain the cleanliness and integrity of the area, confetti of any sort, including natural materials such as flower petals, rice, glitter, or artificial equivalents, are strictly prohibited from the venue.
d) Public Liability Insurance
I understand that if Public Liability documentation (cover note) is required, there will be an additional fee of $50.
e) Guest Numbers
I understand that the standard number of guests is 18 guests plus the 2 of you. This can be increased to 80 people for an additional fee of $75. (Click on Add Ons after making your booking.)
